Vietnamese Humanitarian Projects: aids needy Vietnamese citizens with long-term support (such as tools, water purification systems, wells, livestock) and attends to short-term needs (providing food, clothing, medical, and school supplies).
	Families: sponsors a veteran's family member's tour of Vietnam and related activities.		TOP's Discretionary Fund: to fund the project of greatest immediate need.
	Personal Effects Retrieval: helps reunite surviving family members, or veterans, with personal belongings left long ago in Vietnam.		Endowment: builds for TOP's future.
